Order Processing

At Alohi Life, Inc., we move with intention and care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are delivered using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: Available where offered at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, regulatory review, and delivery date as marked by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal regulations. By placing an order, customers confirm that the products are legal to receive at their shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if shipment is not legally permitted, without liability.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise stated. A valid physical address is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.
